• Author information: Following the title of the theses, the author's full name, the full name of their affiliated institution, city and country, academic degree and title, level of education, ORCID ID, telephone number, and e-mail address must be listed.
• Fields of study covered by the conference: Humanities and Social Sciences; Natural Sciences; Mathematics and Mechanics; Technical Sciences.
• Conference working languages: Azerbaijani, English, Russian.
• Theses format: The theses must be prepared on A4 paper using Times New Roman font, size 14 pt., with 1.5 line spacing; page margins must be 25 mm on the left, top, and bottom, and 20 mm on the right; the length of the abstract should be 2–5 pages.
• Keywords: There must be at least five keywords at the beginning of the theses. For theses written in Azerbaijani, keywords must be provided in Azerbaijani and English; for those in English, in English and Azerbaijani; and for those in Russian, in Russian, Azerbaijani, and English.
• References: If references are used, a bibliography arranged in alphabetical order must be included at the end of the theses. In-text citations must follow two formats: (Huseynova, 2020) when referring to the source generally (without a page number), and (Huseynova, 2020, p. 219) when referring to a specific page. Cited sources must be written in the original language if they are in Azerbaijani or English; sources in other languages ​​must be transliterated into the Latin script. References and the bibliography must be formatted according to APA 7 (American Psychological Association, 7th Edition) standards.
• Plagiarism report: An official report confirming that the theses has undergone a plagiarism check must be submitted.
