The journal applied to the International ISSN Centre in July 2026 and, upon registration, will commence official operations. Operating in accordance with international standards in the field of academic publishing, the journal provides scholars and researchers with the opportunity to disseminate their scientific research on a global scale.

The journal operates in accordance with high ethical standards, adhering to international publishing norms and COPE principles; it ensures the proper organization of rigorous peer review and internal editorial processes—utilizing a double-blind review system—and implements strict mechanisms to detect plagiarism, while simultaneously supporting academic advancement by expanding access to new research.

“Science, Education, and Innovations” International Scientific Journal operates using an open-access model and provides free access to research on a global scale.
